Pricing questions
How much does Dealer.ms cost?
Plans are $25, $50 or $100 a month. Pay for a year and you get 2 months free (ten months' price). All prices are in USD. Not sure which plan fits? Try the savings calculator.
How many sites does a license cover?
One site per license. Running more than one dealership site? Each site needs its own license. Agencies with five or more licenses can ask about white-label.
Is support included?
Yes. Support comes with every plan. You can open a ticket from your WordPress dashboard, and the documentation has setup guides.
Do my credits roll over?
Monthly allowances reset on the 1st and do not roll over. That covers the AI credits used by the AI Dealership Suite and the Dealer.Pics credits used by Image Optimization. Credits you buy as an extra pack never expire, and we always use your free credits first. Buy packs in your account at my.dealer.ms.
Which plan do I need for scheduled imports?
Standard and up. Scheduled imports and exports come with the Automatic Importer and Exporter extensions. See Inventory Import and Inventory Export.
Does Frazer sync cost extra?
Yes. The Frazer Connector is available on Starter and up for $50 a month, because Frazer charges for its API connection. See Frazer Sync.
Do I need Elementor?
Yes, Dealer.ms needs Elementor. Elementor Pro or Pro Elements is a bonus, not a requirement.
How do I get the mobile app?
The app connector is included in Pro. On Starter or Standard, add it for $25 a month (no yearly discount). The Android app is available now and the iPhone app is coming soon. See what the app does.
