Capture

Every inquiry lands in one place

A form submission becomes a lead when its fields are mapped to lead data.

Forms become leads

Request info, contact and stock alert forms all create leads, including forms on pages that are not a listing.

Tied to the vehicle

Each lead keeps the listing it was about, so you see which unit drove the inquiry.

Notification emails

Get an email when a lead arrives, so you do not have to watch the admin.

Stock alert sign-ups

A shopper who asked to be told when a match arrives shows up as a lead too.

Follow up

Know who has been contacted

Open a lead, set where it stands and when to follow up, and keep notes on the conversation.

Each person sees what they should

Own leads only

Give a sales rep access to the leads they own and nothing else.

Everything for managers

Managers can view all leads and manage them.

Archive, do not lose

Archive a finished lead and restore it later. Deleting a lead is permanent and a separate permission.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about leads

Does it replace my CRM?

It is a built-in CRM for handling inquiries from your site. If you use an outside CRM, you can forward leads to it in ADF/XML, so you can use both.

Which plan includes it?

The leads and contacts tools are built into the plugin and come with every plan.

Do forms on other pages create leads?

Yes. A DMS form on a contact page or any other page creates a lead, with or without a listing.

What makes a form submission a lead?

The form must be a DMS form with each field mapped to lead data, such as customer name and customer email, in the form field settings.

Can my sales reps see only their own leads?

Yes. Permissions let a role view its own leads or all leads, and manage or delete them separately.

What is the difference between archiving and deleting?

Archiving keeps the lead and its history and takes it out of your daily view, and you can restore it. Deleting is permanent.

Can I export my leads?

Yes. Export leads to CSV any time. Want them in an outside CRM instead? Forward them in ADF/XML as they arrive.
